We offer many different types of workshops at DCFM.

Primarily the workshops that we offer are Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) which strictly follows the curriculum that was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Other mindfulness programs are customized depending on the needs of a particular individual or group.  

We also offer workshops that present specific issues with managing stress, depression, anxiety, as well as other mental wellness topics. 

We also offer workshops in Tai Chi and Qi Gong. 

Classes are offered in person and online.
